The Resonance team provided acoustical consulting services for the newly completed Amenity Space tenant improvement at 425 Market Street in San Francisco, CA. The project includes a fitness facility, lounge areas, and supporting amenity spaces serving the building’s tenants. Our scope of services encompassed sound isolation design between rooms, with particular attention to controlling impact and airborne noise generated by the fitness facility, as well as room acoustics consulting to ensure a comfortable and functional acoustic environment throughout. The result is a polished, high-performance space, exceptionally designed and executed in collaboration with Fennie + Mehl Architects.
