Resonance Acoustics was retained to perform acoustical consulting services for Phase I of the 500 Kirkham Street project in Oakland. The project consisted of the new construction of three buildings containing 1,032 units with flex spaces and retail spaces at the ground floor. Our Phase I services address Building One and Two with a total of 610 units.
Resonance’s acoustical consulting services included an environmental noise study, schematic design input, design development acoustical review, and construction documents input. In addition, Construction Administration support was provided.
