The new College of Marin Facilities Planning, Maintenance, and Operations Department (M & O) Building provides maintenance and safe operations for custodial services and grounds maintenance.
Due to the concern of noise complaints to adjacent facilities, Resonance Acoustics was brought on board to perform noise analysis from the new M&O buildings to the neighboring receivers, Kent Middle School to the north and residences to the west. Our services consisted of acoustical measurements of environmental community noise and noise modeling to evaluate the efficacy of the proposed eight-foot-tall property line fence.
