The Resonance team provided acoustical consulting services for a confidential AI client’s headquarters tenant improvement in San Francisco’s SOMA district. The project encompassed flexible engineering laboratory space, administration areas, a large all-hands meeting space, a research library, a research machine shop, SCIF rooms, kitchen and breakout areas, and a rooftop deck. Services included sound isolation design, speech privacy analysis, structureborne noise and vibration recommendations for the machine shop, room acoustics modeling, HVAC/MEP noise and vibration analysis, and Construction Administration support spanning Schematic Design through completion.
