The Resonance team was retained to provide acoustical consulting services for a confidential tech client’s amenity floor buildout at 222 2nd Street in San Francisco. The project encompassed training rooms with operable partitions, a game and speakeasy room, arrival and café area, conference rooms, open collaboration and lounge spaces, phone rooms, a catering area, and a personal care room. The project pursued LEED Gold and WELL Gold certification. Services included a comprehensive acoustical design narrative, architectural noise control recommendations, MEP and equipment noise reduction guidelines, mechanical noise calculations, vibration mitigation measures, and LEED and WELL compliance documentation. During Construction Administration, the team reviewed submittals, responded to RFIs, and conducted site visits.
