The Resonance team provided acoustical consulting services for a 20,000 SF tenant improvement on the 14th floor of 601 City Center, serving as the new Oakland headquarters for e.l.f. Beauty. The scope focused on acoustic design recommendations for a large boardroom and a dedicated TikTok/media recording room, along with HVAC noise and vibration recommendations across the full floor plate. The project targeted LEED Silver certification.
