The Resonance team worked with the developers, Mercy Housing and the San Francisco Housing Development Corporation (SFHDC), for the Hunters Point Shipyard Block 56 project located at 11 Innes Court in San Francisco, CA. Block 56 is the last piece of housing being constructed in the Hunters Point Shipyard Hilltop neighborhood.
The development consists of four floors of Type V-A over one floor of a Type I-A with 73 affordable units ranging from studios to five bedrooms. Amenities include a childcare unit, community room, management offices, resident services offices, and a flex room. The project pursued a Green Point Rating Certification, seeking a Platinum Certification level.
Our services included acoustic measurements, design input, sound isolation, construction site visits, MEP/HVAC noise, room acoustics and façade noise reduction design. Resonance’s involvement began with Schematic Design and continues through the Construction Administration phase.
