The Resonance team worked with the developer and Mithun to provide acoustical consulting for Hunters Point Shipyard Area Blocks 52 and 54 located on non-contiguous parcels at 151 & 351 Friedell Street in San Francisco. The development consists of two buildings ranging from one-bedroom to five-bedroom units for low-income families. Offices for building management and tenant services are located in the Block 52 building and residential amenity facilities, are common and shared between the two buildings, including a community room with kitchen, fitness room, common laundry rooms, lounge, and roof terrace.
Our services included acoustical measurements, construction site visits, design input on sound isolation, HVAC/mechanical systems, room acoustics and community noise.
