The Resonance team provided acoustical design services to Lehrer Architects for the renovation of Art and Tech Classrooms at the Stephen S. Wise Temple. The renovation entailed the conversion of three classrooms into two larger ones and involved the removal of suspended lay-in ceilings and the addition of an operable wall. Acoustical finishes were recommended to control noise buildup and promote speech clarity within the classrooms. The operable wall system was selected for appropriate levels of sound isolation, and detailing was provided by our team in design and construction to ensure acoustical treatment continuity on all sides of the partition.
