The Resonance team provided acoustical consulting services for an office expansion at 700 Gateway Boulevard, part of BioMed Realty’s Gateway of Pacific III campus in South San Francisco. The project involved a floor-level expansion for existing tenant Xaira Therapeutics, an AI-driven drug discovery company that grew its headquarters footprint at the site to support its rapidly scaling research operations. The scope was limited to office spaces only, covering sound isolation and HVAC noise and vibration recommendations for the new tenant improvement area.
