Peter graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001 with a goal to merge his major in Electrical Engineering and minor in Music into a common career path, launching a career in Acoustics that continues today more than 20 years later. Initially specializing in performing arts, screening rooms, and recording studios, Peter expanded into healthcare, multi-family housing, and civic projects. Enjoying the mix of technical challenges and the collaboration with designers, contractors, and owners, Peter eventually pursued an MBA through a dual program at Haas in Berkeley and Columbia in New York. The degree led Peter to join a multi-national engineering firm where alongside high-profile project work in Acoustics and Audiovisual, he helped to initiate a Ventures division to promote “productizing” project-based discovery. From there, Peter went on to lead an acoustics division for a growing technology design company.
Peter is excited to join Resonance to help grow the firm in the mold of client-friendly and technically sound streamlined delivery and to help oversee airport noise insulation programs. To stay connected to the AEC community, Peter enjoys active memberships with ULI, SPUR, and being part of the WELL Advisory for Sound.
Outside work, Peter fills his time with competitive tennis, swimming, music, cooking for family, and running/hikes with his young son and rescue dog.
